Bumps and bruises? Aches and pains?  No prob-llama!🤣   Make this easy DIY scented hot or cold pack compress in the shape of a llama. It only takes one sock and a few other supplies. Gather everything up, and you'll have it done so quickly.

Even though injuries are just a part of life, they are no fun and we want to lessen the pain as soon as possible. This lavender scented llama is perfect to have on hand for any type of injury treatment. You can keep it in your freezer to have on hand for cold treatment, or warm it up for 30 second intervals for when you need a warm compress. Make multiple so you can have one for cold and one for warm!
