Shipping & Exchanges

On occasion, we may contact you regarding your order. Only in the case of an incomplete shipping address or an item that we need to change or refund.

We ship via the United States Postal Service.  Most packages ship within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays.  This applies to overnight shipping options as well, if the order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday it WILL NOT be shipped out until the following Monday (or the following business day in the case of national holidays).

Never cut your package open or you may damage your new socks!

We offer FREE PRIORITY shipping on online orders over $100 (US Only)

Online orders under $100 ship domestic (US) for between $6.50 and $15 depending on your location and weight of the package.

First Class Shipping Approx:  8 - 12 Business Days
Priority Shipping Approx: 3 - 5 Business Days
Priority EXPRESS Shipping Approx: 1 - 2 Business Days
International Shipping Approx: 15 - 60 Business Days

EXPRESS ORDERS: Express shipping is not a guaranteed delivery at a certain date due to delays with USPS that are out of our control. We will ship ASAP & then it is up to USPS! Usually arrives 1-2 days after it has been shipped.
If an order is placed with express shipping during Holiday hours when we are closed, they will be shipped the first day we reopen.
If orders are placed with express shipping on Friday after 11am MST, they will be shipped Monday of the following week.
Express shipping is currently not available for international orders.

For International Orders:  Your country may collect dues upon delivery of your package.  These taxes and fees are not included in our shipping fees.  We are unable to determine what fees you may incur from your country’s Customs or Border Control department.  To inquire about these fees please contact your local post office for more information on import taxes.  We are legally required to include a Customs form which includes the value of the merchandise being mailed.  We will not falsify customs forms to avoid fees.

Please allow up to 20 business days (approx. 12 weeks) for delivery of international shipments, as there are many factors which can delay mail.

Any issues or damage to the products or packaging must be reported within 5 days of delivery for domestic US packages and within 7 days of delivery for all international shipments.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
Items in their original unopened packaging can be exchanged for a different item of the same value within 20 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for all additional shipping charges, including the return of the exchanged goods as well as the shipping cost for the new items. All exchange requests that fall outside the 20 day period will be handled on a case by case basis. To start an exchange please email us with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Items to be exchanged
  • New items wanted

Order Over the Phone:  Each of our store locations accept orders over the phone.  Please note that ALL phone orders are shipped via Priority Mail and are subject to shipping fees regardless of the order amount. 

At this time, we are unable to offer International shipping options for any phone orders.
