COVID-19 SHIPPING ALERTS: 

USPS has announced temporary service suspensions as of April 2020 to the following countries:

Angola, Benin, Bermuda, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Cap Verde, Cayman Islands, Chad, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Fiji, French Polynesia, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Guyana, Honduras, Kenya, Kiribati, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Mauritius, Moldova, Mongolia, Mozambique, Nepal, New Caledonia, Oman, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Rwanda, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Swaziland (Eswatini), Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe

As of April 20th, shipments to the following countries are being rerouted from air to sea shipment due to widespread flight cancellations:

Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Shipments to these counties are expected to take a minimum of 17 days to arrive at the Port of destination, though sea route arrival dates are not exact and may vary depending on weather related events and queuing at port of arrival.  Additional days required for unloading, customs clearance and road transit should be considered.

As you can imagine, we have lots of socks to catalog, organize, and distribute to our stores. Many times, styles that are extremely popular sell out quickly and we may not be able to get them back in stock.

On occasion, we may contact you regarding your order. Only in the case of an incomplete shipping address or an item that we need to change or refund.

We ship via the United States Postal Service.  Most packages ship within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays.

Our shipping envelopes are 100% recycled poly-mailers.  Our poly-mailers have a perforated strip for easy opening and a second adhesive strip so that they can be reused for returns as well.  Never cut your package open or you may damage your new socks!

We offer FREE first-class shipping on online orders over $45 (US Only)

Online orders under $45 ship domestic (US) for between $5.99 and $15 depending on your location and weight of the package.

First Class Shipping Approx:  3 - 5 Business Days
Priority Shipping Approx: 1 - 3 Business Days
International Shipping Approx: 15 - 60 Business Days

Due to continuing delivery issues we have stopped shipping to the following countries:  Brazil, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Philippines, Qatar, Romania, Guatemala, Mexico, South Africa and Russia.

For International Orders:  Your country may collect dues upon delivery of your package.  These taxes and fees are not included in our shipping fees.  We are unable to determine what fees you may incur from your country’s Customs or Border Control department.  To inquire about these fees please contact your local post office for more information on import taxes.  We are legally required to include a Customs form which includes the value of the merchandise being mailed.  We will not falsify customs forms to avoid fees.

Please allow up to 60 business days (approx. 12 weeks) for delivery of international shipments, as there are many factors which can delay mail.

Any issues or damage to the products or packaging must be reported within 10 days of shipment for domestic US packages and within 75 days of shipment for all international shipments.

Order Over the Phone:  Each of our store locations accept orders over the phone.  Please note that ALL phone orders are shipped via Priority Mail and are subject to shipping fees regardless of the order amount. 

At this time, we are unable to offer International shipping options for any phone orders.
